Millennium is a distributor, providing fiber optic materials to contractors and network owners across the country. We are in need of a talented leader and manager to assign, direct & supervise all Sales & Ops performed out of our Delavan WI location. The ideal candidate will foster a positive environment, ensure client satisfaction and be responsible for proper branch operation with overall focus on market expansion.

Focus: Sales support to Business Development.

Reporting To: Territory Market Manager

5 accountabilities:

● Prospect New Clients & Opportunities
  - Research market and cold call to introduce Millennium and assess ‘right fit’
  - Ask for the business

● Develop New Meeting Opportunities for Business Development
  - Schedule meetings for Business Development with new prospects
  - Follow up after the meetings

● Obtain Referral Business
  - Acquire 2 (two) new referrals per week from current clients
  - Schedule meetings for Business Development with referred clients

● Follow up on Quotes
  - Use the Open Quotation Report to prioritize your follow up
  - Actively reach out to clients to follow up on Open Quotes

● Achieve Quarterly Sales/Margin/GP% Goals
  - Quarterly sales goals and margin goals will be determined each quarter by Market Manager
  - Quarterly Gross Profit (GP) % goals will be determined each quarter by Market Manager

Daily Expectations:
● Client interactions are documented in the Client Record in NetSuite
    • Phone calls
    • Meetings
● Research, prepare and provide Quotes to Business Development
● Review and address Open Quotes with Business Development & Local Sales
● Process client Sales Orders & send Terms & Conditions ● Process Purchase Orders

Weekly Expectations:
● 80 outbound phone calls per week
● Minimum of 20 sales transactions per week
● 2 (two) referrals per week; these prospects will be turned into clients with their first sales automatically

Monthly Expectations:
● Generate 8 (eight) referrals per month
