Reporting To: Vice President of Marketing

5 Accountabilities:

  • Drive elevated branding initiatives into all elements of Millennium
    • Manage design and execution of electronic and print collateral & tradeshow assets and overall brand experience.
    • Champion the elements of the design and implement the look, feel, and function of Millennium social media and digital media.
    • Oversee budget and process of SWAG and promotional products.
    • Manage the updating and staging of collateral and sales tools on internal and external sites of MCEme, website, and electronic devices that are sent to tradeshows.
  • Champion of Outbound/Inbound Marketing Activities
    • Management and Implementation of automated, multi-step marketing campaigns including evaluation of Marketing Platforms and integration into Netsuite and Website(s) and report success via Metrics and KPIs to track success.
    • Traffic control for marketing activities happening in Hubspot/Social Media/Print & Digital media to enhance our Marketing Campaigns.
    • Measure, analyze, and report performance of campaigns weekly via L10 Scorecard.
  • Evaluate & Make Recommendations for better efficiencies related to Marketing Communications Activities.
    • Evaluate current processes of tradeshows, website content/asset creation, and make recommendations for change.
    • Draft process control documents for training of improved efficiencies and publish them onto MCEme.
  • Project Management of Company Website(s) and additional projects based on Quarterly/Annual Rocks
    • Assume responsibilities for the creation of Website elements, graphics, design, enhancements.
    • Meet weekly with developers and manage the pieces of bringing website(s) online within an appropriate timeframe.
    • Work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external resources as needed.
  • Manager of inventory and budget for SWAG, Promotional Products, Literature & Tradeshow assets
    • Drive the inventory process, review on hand, and forecasted needs for tradeshows, training, events.
    • Evaluate potential new products with team members, ensure that they are entered into Netsuite, place purchase orders, receive into stock, and fulfill orders as needed - managing the elements so that things don't "fall through the cracks."
    • Review bi-weekly inventory report for literature & promotional products, reorder points, and place orders based on usage for upcoming needs.

Weekly Expectations:

  • Oversee the design of all Marketing pieces to brand standards, from proofing copy provided to creating content as needed: Social Media, Electronic & Print Collateral, Tradeshow graphics.
  • Drive Weekly Team and Project Meetings such as digital marketing and social media to keep content calendars on track with project timelines.
  • Review and Scope Outbound Marketing: Set calendar, drive initiatives related to outbound/inbound marketing.
  • Administrative tasks, follow-ups, etc - Communicate and Manage expectations on all requests coming into Marketing from field.
  • Project work: Changes based on current projects such as Website Images, Proofing web page content for non-product pages, checking pages updated with careers, news & events, general marketing requests, etc.
