Marketing Coordinator Position

Focus:

Support the marketing department by driving campaigns and initiatives to promote general awareness of the company and its brands. Utilize various marketing techniques while updating and maintaining web platforms. Coordinate different aspects of projects, trade shows, and sales support materials.

Reporting to: Director of Marketing

5 accountabilities:

  • Promotional Product Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of SWAG for internal and external use
    • Validate the accuracy of on-site inventory
    • Coordinate creation of new material as it’s needed and requested
    • Ensure directory and all other resources related to sales support materials are current and accurate

  • Project Management
    • Manage, organize, and coordinate assigned projects
    • Prioritize projects based on strict deadlines set by stakeholders

  • Outbound Marketing
    • Assist in promoting campaigns and initiatives
    • Support the company’s marketing funnel and brand
      • Website content
      • Social Media Presence
      • Email marketing activities
      • Digital advertising channels

  • Trade Show Support
    • Assist trade show manager with developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contracts
    • Work with vendors to get any samples needed for trade shows

  • Drive Elevated Campaigns and Initiatives
    • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines
    • Provide instructions for promotion and implementation
    • Identify and propose initiatives to promote general awareness of company brand

Daily Expectations:

  • Handle any sales leads and web orders in a timely fashion
  • Update outbound marketing platforms 
  • Make necessary changes to marketing team calendars based on upcoming deadlines and events

Weekly Expectations:

  • Organize and plan promotional presentations
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on campaigns and initiatives related to outbound marketing
  • Communicate expectations of requests given to the Marketing Department by other departments

Monthly Expectations:

  • Review monthly inventory report for promotional products to plan and place orders based on upcoming needs
  • Update L10 Campaign Metrics

Measurable Expectations:

  • < 4 hour response time for sales leads and web orders
